Guest has the right to cancel the accomodation agreement prior to his arrival. This cancelation has to be made in writing. Cancellation will be accepted only if it is sing by guest or his legal representative. In this case has the Hotel provider right to charge cancelation fees in these amounts:

– 30% of the total price under the accommodation contract, if the guest cancels the stay  from 11 to 30 days before the date of the expected start of the stay (use of the service),

– 70% of the total price under the accommodation contract, if the guest cancels the stay from 1 to 10 days before the date of the expected start of the stay (use of the service),

– 100% of the total price under the accommodation contract, if the guest cancels the stay on the day of the expected start of the stay, if he does not start the stay at all or withdraw in writing from the concluded accommodation contract (use of the service).

In the event of a reduction in the number of persons according to the concluded accommodation contract, the guest will be charged the above-specified cancellation fee in proportion to the price per person and stay.

In all the above cases, the deposit will be counted towards the payment of the cancellation fee.
